MLA Surveying

The MLA survey department has provided a wide range of services throughout Alaska in over 150 communities. The MLA staff is dedicated to providing the highest quality products and services on time - on budget at a reasonable cost.

MLA has seven Registered Professional Land Surveyors on staff. Three of the staff members are also certifed by the US Bureau of Land Manangement as Certified Federal Surveyors. MLA augments its survey staff during the seasonal field season with additional Professional Land Surveyors and Survey Technicians as needed.

The office is served by a state-of-the-art computer network and includes multiple workstations, large format scanner/plotters, and numerous printers, plotters, faxes, and other supporting equipment. MLA owns licenses for AutoCad LD and Civil 3D, Datem Photogrammetric Mapping, Topcon Tools Survey Office Software, and all the other software needed to efficiently support the MLA services.
