The MLA survey department has
provided a wide range of services throughout Alaska in over 100 communities. The MLA staff is dedicated to providing
the highest quality products and services on time - on budget at a reasonable cost.
MLA has five Registered Professional
Land Surveyors on staff. Two of the staff members are also certifed by the US Bureau of Land Manangement as Certified Federal
Surveyors. In addition, the MLA staff includes three surveyors certified by the State of Alaska as Land Surveyors
in Training plus four more Survey Technicians. MLA augments its survey staff during the seasonal field season with additional
Professional Land Surveyors and Survey Technicians as needed.
The office is served by a state-of-the-art
computer network and includes multiple workstations, large format scanner/plotters, and numerous printers, plotters,
faxes, and other supporting equipment. MLA owns licenses for AutoCad, Datem Photogrammetric Mapping, Topcon Tools
Survey Office Software, and all the other software needed to efficiently support the MLA services.
